EA promoted the expression of srGAP3 and inhibited the expression of Rac1 GTP, p-NR2B, PSD95 and the ratio of F/G in the spinal dorsal horns of rats with SNL, while CN04 reversed the effects of EA on the expression of Rac1 GTP, p-NR2B, PSD95 and the ratio of F/G but had no significant effect on the expression of srGAP3.
