UDCA reduces sarcomeric proteins in C2C12 myotubes. C2C12 myoblasts were differentiated for 4–5 days and incubated with 0, 50, 100, 200, and 400 μM UDCA for 72 h. a MHC and troponin I protein levels were detected by western blot analysis, using β‐actin as the loading control.
