The complete list of differentially expressed proteins in three brain regions may be extracted from Additional file 5: Table S3 according to the color using filter tool. The number of differentially expressed proteins in a particular brain region is the sum of qualitative and quantitative changes in proteins with a null q-value and score higher than 4
