Gramicidin induced apoptosis in SGC-7901 cells. SGC-7901 cells were treated with 0, 0.3, 1 and 3 μM of gramicidin respectively for a 24 h and c 48 h, and were then subjected to Annexin V-FITC/PI staining, followed by flow cytometer analysis. Quantification of the percentage of apoptotic cells which were treated with gramicidin at various doses after treatment for b 24 h and d 48 h. The results are shown as the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments (n = 3, *P < 0.05 and ***P < 0.001 vs. Control)
