BBR + DDP combination enhanced Caspase3 and Caspase8 activities. OVCAR3 cells and POCCLs were treated with BBR (100 μM) and/or DDP (5 mg/L) for 24 h. The expression levels of Caspase3, Caspase8, cleaved Caspase3 and cleaved Caspase8 in BBR and/or DDP-treated cells was detected by qRT-PCR (a, c) and Western blot (b, d).
