SDS-PAGE fractionation of MII oocytes derived from control and vitrified-warmed groups (a). Twenty micrograms of protein from each group were fractionated on a 12.5% acrylamide gel (8 × 13 cm). Pooled protein was run on the gel and subsequently stained with silver staining. Each gel lane was sliced and then subjected to in-gel digestion prior to LC/MS–MS analysis.
