Cell cycle analyses of cells propagated in growth medium (a), 0.024% vehicle-treated cells (b), 180 nM ESE-15-ol-treated cells (c) and 1 μM 2 ME2-treated cells (d). The sub-G1 population increased to 17% when exposed to ESE-15-ol and 7% after exposure to 2ME2. In addition, exposure to ESE-15-ol resulted in an increased number of cells occupying G2M phase (72%) when compared to vehicle-treated cells and cells propagated in growth medium
