hAMCs supernatants inhibit LPS-induced TNF-α and IL-1β production in THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells were pre-treated with PMA to induce macrophage. Then, they were stimulated with LPS (10 μg/mL) with or without hAMCs supernatants for 24 h at 37 °C. Expression levels of TNF-α (a) and IL-1β (b) in the culture supernatants of THP-1 cells were detected by ELISA.
