Effects of EAAS on IL-1β-induced MAPK signal pathways and NF-kB activation in RASFs. IL-1β enhanced the phosphorylation of ERK, p38, and JNK and EAAS inhibited the IL-1β-induced activation of p38 and JNK (a). IL-1β activated nuclear NF-kB and decreased cytoplasmic IkBα and EAAS inhibited the IL-1β-induced activation of NF-kB (b).
