Down-regulation of USP39 inhibited U2OS proliferation ability and colony formation. After 96 h of infection with recombinant lentiviruses, U2OS cells were washed and re-cultured in 96-well plates with 2000 cells per well for MTT assay and in the six-well plates at cell density of 600 cells per well for colony formation. a Line chart of MTT assay was to determine the proliferation rate after shUSP39-S1 infection and shUSP39-S2 infection (Student’s t test, n = 3). b Representative microscopic images of colonies were stained by crystal violet.
