hAMCs co-culture inhibits the mRNA expression of TNF-α and IL-1β in LPS-stimulated THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells were pre-treated with PMA to induce macrophage. Then, they were stimulated with 10 μg/mL LPS with or without different numbers of hAMCs (5 × 105, 1 × 106, 2 × 106) in a 12-well transwell plate for 24 h at 37 °C. TNF-α mRNA (a) and IL-1β mRNA (b) expressions were determined by real time-PCR. GAPDH was used as a quantitative control.
