Two milliliters of the reaction mixture were immediately stirred manually after each addition during the automatic wavelength change. a The antimycin-sensitive pre-steady-state reduction kinetics of cytochromes b566 and b b562 were monitored in submitochondrial particles dissolved in 1% DM of the 1.0 ml reaction medium.
