Effect of basil (Ocimum basilicum L.) blossoms watery extract on apoptotic Caspase-3 synergist action in MCF7 cells were treated for 24 h with different convergences of basil (Ocimum basilicum L.) blossoms aqueous extract (0, 50, 150, and 250 µg/mL). From there on, caspase-3 action was resolved calorimetrically utilizing the CaspACE assay. Caspase3 movement was evaluated by estimating absorbance at a frequency of 405 nm with a plate reader. Data were recorded as means ± SEM (n = 5). ***P < 0.001, **P < 0.01, *P < 0.05 contrasted with control (0 µg/mL)
