GBC cell lines have differential migratory capacities. Cells were seeded in the upper side of a Transwell® membrane and, after 6 h, migrated cells were stained with crystal violet and counted. PUC-GBC2 had the strongest migration ability compared to PUC-GBC1 and PUC-GBC3. Results are expressed as mean ± SD of 3 independent experiments (**P = 0.0073 by Kruskal–Wallis with Dunn’s post-test)
