Gramicidin induced gastric cancer cell apoptosis by decreasing the expression of cyclin D1, Bcl-2 and p-FoxO1. a The expression of cyclin D1, Bcl-2 and p-FoxO1 in SGC-7901 cells which were treated with 0, 0.3, 1 and 3 μM of gramicidin respectively for 24 h were analyzed by western blot. β-actin was used as a loading control. The fold change of b Bcl-2 and c cyclin D1 to β-actin and d p-FoxO1 to total-FoxO1 were shown. The results are shown as the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments (n = 3, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001 vs. Control)
