CASC11 promoted the proliferation and inhibited the apoptosis in cervical cancer cells. a Cell proliferation was evaluated by CCK8 assay, and silence of CASC11 inhibited the proliferation of HeLa cells and up-regulating CASC11 promoted the proliferation of CaSki cells. b Flow cytometry showed that silence of CASC11 promoted the apoptosis of HeLa cells and the up-regulation of CASC11 suppressed the apoptosis of CaSki cells.
