Inhibition of CK2 in HUVECs reverses its ionizing radiation (IR)-induced viability-promoting capacity to non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells after IR. HUVECs were pretreated with complete medium, DMSO, 25 μM Quinalizarin or 10 μM CX-4945 for 6 h, then exposed to 4 Gy IR. The medium was replaced with fresh one before IR. After 24 h, the conditioned medium was collected and filtered, then applied to 4 Gy irradiated A549 and H460 cells, and continuously cultured for 72 h or 96 h, then cell viability was measured by CCK8 assay. Mean ± SD were calculated for three independent experiments (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001)
