BBR relieved HG-induced inflammatory response and apoptosis in podocytes by hindering TLR4/NF-κB pathway. Podocytes were pre-treated with or without 50 μΜ PDTC for 2 h prior to stimulating with 30 mM high glucose, followed by treated with 30 μM BBR for 24 h.
