BJ-1108 inhibits CD4+ T cell differentiation. a Naïve CD4+ T cells isolated from spleens and draining lymph nodes were stimulated under Th1- and Th17-polarizing conditions in the presence or absence of 10 μM BJ-1108 for 72 h. Cells were then re-stimulated with phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate, ionomycin, and GolgiStop for 4 h, followed by intracellular cytokine staining and flow cytometry. b Th1 and Th17 differentiation with multiple concentrations of BJ-1108.
