Percentage of cells occupying each cell cycle phase. Cell cycle progression of cells propagated in growth medium, 0.024% vehicle-treated cells, 180 nM ESE-15-ol-treated cells and 1 μM 2ME2-treated cells. Exposure to both ESE-15-ol and 2ME2 resulted in an increased sub-G1 peak. However, only exposure to ESE-15-ol resulted in a significant increase in cells occupying the G2M phase (an asterisk indicates P  < 0.05 when compared to 2ME2-treated cells)
