hAMCs inhibit the phosphorylation of MAPKs and activation of NF-κB in LPS-stimulated THP-1 cells. PMA-induced THP-1 cells were treated with LPS (10 μg/mL) with or without hAMCs (5 × 105, 1 × 106, 2 × 106) in a 12-well transwell plate for 24 h at 37 °C. The cells were then collected and extracted. Western blot analysis was performed to detect p-ERK, total ERK, p-JNK, total JNK and p65. β-actin was used as an internal control
