PMA-induced THP-1 cells were treated with LPS (10 μg/mL) with or without hAMCs in a 12-well transwell plate for 24 h at 37 °C. The THP-1 cells were then collected and counted. b CCK-8 assay result. THP-1 cells were firstly induced by PMA for 48 h. Then, different concentrations of hAMCs supernatants (0, 20, 40, 80, and 100 %) were added. 20 h later, 10 μL of CCK-8 reagent was added into each well and the cells were incubated for another 4 h.
