hAMCs co-culture inhibits LPS-induced TNF-α and IL-1β production in THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells were pre-treated with PMA to induce macrophage. Then, they were stimulated with 10 μg/mL LPS with or without different numbers of hAMCs (5 × 105, 1 × 106, 2 × 106) in a 12-well transwell plate for 24 h at 37 °C. Expression levels of TNF-α (a) and IL-1β (b) in the culture supernatants were detected by ELISA.
