From: Sortin2 enhances endocytic trafficking towards the vacuole in Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Sortin2 S. cerevisiae resistance is specific to Sortin2-related structures. Mutant and parental (WT) strains were grown in YPD medium supplemented with the indicated concentrations of Sortin2 (μM), compound 5537685 and Sortin1. The control condition (0 μM Sortin2) contained 1% DMSO, which is present in all conditions since it is the solvent for the three compounds. The presence of CPY was analyzed on the growth medium by dot-blot using a CPY monoclonal antibody. The experiment was performed three times.
