Human recombinant leptin induces the expression of VEGF165 and MMP2. Immunohistochemical images of CAM for VEGF165 and MMP2 after treated with 3 μg of HRL and control with 1X PBS for 72 h. CAM treated with 3 μg of HRL shows more expression of VEGF A at the lumen of the blood vessels (fig b) and MMP2 at the stroma (fig d) than control (fig a and c).
