From: Apoptosis in HEp-2 cells infected with Ureaplasma diversum
Levels of TNF-α. Quantification of TNF-α in culture supernatant of Hep-2 cells infected with 34, 37, 174 and 72 clinical strain isolates and ATCC 49782 strain. The cells were analyzed 24, 48 and 72 hours after infection. Infections were performed in triplicate. Error bars represent the standard deviation from the average number of events analyzed.
