From: Apoptosis in HEp-2 cells infected with Ureaplasma diversum
Analysis of gene expression of some genes involved in the regulation of apoptosis, using RT-PCR. HEp-2 cells infected with Ureaplasma diversum clinical isolates 34, 37, 174 and 72 strains and the ATCC 49782 strain. The cells were analyzed 24, 48 and 72 hours after infection. Infections were performed in triplicate. Error bars represent the standard deviation from the average number of events analyzed.
