From: Apoptosis in HEp-2 cells infected with Ureaplasma diversum
Representation of percentage of apoptotic and viable cells obtained using flow cytometry. HEp-2 cells infected with Ureaplasma diversum clinical isolates 34, 37, 174 and 72 strains and the ATCC 49782 strain. The cells were analyzed with 24, 48 and 72 hours after infection. Labeling with Annexin V (An) and Propidium Iodide (PI). Infections were performed in triplicate. The error bars represent the standard deviation from the average number of events for analysis.
