  1. 1 Fatty acid compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography (Hewlett Packard GC system HP6890 A; Hewlett Packard, PA) equipped with a 100 m × 0.25 mm fused silica capillary column (SP2560, Supelco Inc, Bellefonte, PA). Injector and detector temperatures were set at 250°C. The column temperature was kept at 4°C for 4 min, then increased at 13°C/min to 175°C and held at 175°C for 7 min, then increased at 4°C/min to 215°C and held at 215°C for 17 min.
